The group sessions provide a space for conversation where you can share experiences with other young people in similar situations.

group sessions for young people (ages 18-26) who are facing life's challenges and seeking connection, understanding, and support.
We offer a safe and welcoming space where you can meet others facing similar challenges, exchange experiences, and find inspiration to navigate everyday struggles. There is complete confidentiality within the group.
Each group consists of
6-8 participants and is led by 1-2
trained volunteers who facilitate discussions and ensure a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
The group selects the topics together. During the sessions, each participant takes turns sharing their experiences and thoughts related to the topic.
Ideas for topics could include - Performance pressure and how to deal with expectations
- Mental health and well-being
- Relationships and communication
- Identity, self-acceptance, and societal norms
- Living alone in a foreign country - adjusting to a new culture and overcoming loneliness
To participate you must be - Aged 18-26
- Willing and capable of participating and functioning within a group of 6-8 participants
- Open to sharing your experiences, actively listening to others, and respecting what others share
Time and place: - 8 weekly sessions of two hours each running from April-June 2025
- Sessions take place in central Aarhus on weekday afternoons (after 4 PM).
- Further information about the exact time and place will be announced as soon as possible.
It's important that you are able to attend all sessions because the program is structured around interrelated topics and aims to build a tight-knit community within the group.
Participation is free of charge. THIS IS AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Following this, you will receive an invitation to an initial conversation, during which we will figure out together whether the group is a good fit for you. If you're reaching out on behalf of someone else, please ensure to provide their information rather than your own. You can note this in the comment field if necessary
